Everything was amazing for my first visit. Everyone was incredibly patient. Appreciate the kindness shown from everyone at aspen in greece. Felt very supported throughout. Dentist, the dental assistants l, front desk, hygienist and office manager amazing. Office manager made it super easy and not stressful at all. Very polite and can tell she really has passion for her work. Appreciate you all so much. Will see you monday for my first deep scaling to get in those deeper pockets :D.

I went to Aspen for a broken tooth. By the time I left, they had found $5000 worth of issues I had. Went elseware for a second opinion and they said I didn't need all the stuff Aspen wanted to do. I asked Aspen to send my xrays to new dentist and the new dentist never received them. One of the charges from Aspen was $199 for a water pick and electric toothbrush I never agreed to. I feel like they just want to get the most money out of you more than actually caring about you. The people were all very nice, though.

The experience I had with Aspen dental was 10/10. The staff was all so polite while greeting me and making me comfortable, Kayla helped ease my anxieties about my care for my teeth tremendously. Her and the whole team that I met were phenomenal. I look forward to my next visit!!

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental in Rochester! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The front desk team was very friendly, helpful, and organized, making the check-in process quick and smooth. The dental assistants and hygienists were extremely professional and attentive. They took their time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the entire visit. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. The dentist was knowledgeable, honest, and very detailed in explaining my dental condition and treatment options. I truly appreciated the transparency — no pressure, just genuine advice and care. The equipment looked modern and clean, and the whole clinic had a very professional and hygienic environment. What impressed me the most was how efficient everything was. I didn’t have to wait long, and the entire process was handled with great coordination. Also, their pricing was fair, and they helped me understand my insurance coverage clearly, which made everything much easier. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a relia
